Greg is a partner at AGENA. He has over 25 years experience providing institutional electronic trading solutions to the global securities industry. Greg headed the DTCC’s (Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation) post-trade transaction businesses (formerly Omgeo LLC), the industry’s leading institutional post-trade transaction services for equities and fixed income securities. 

Greg chaired the industry’s sub working group on post-trade matching and SSI enrichment during the industry’s successful implementation and conversion to shortened settlement cycles in the US (“T2”). Greg has held senior positions at OMX (Nasdaq), NYFIX (Broadridge) & Headstrong (Genpact), and served as a senior executive on several successful mergers and acquisitions.
